Herridge Consulting offers a full range of business consulting, NED and board advisory services. Paddy brings extensive entrepreneurial and business leadership experience to his advisory roles.  He has founded two successful businesses and has worked in an advisory capacity for a range of start-up and scale-up organisations.

Paddy brings a down-to-earth, actionable approach to business advice, helping to develop real-world solutions that can be delivered against the context of the opportunities and challenges that a business faces.  Unlike many business advisors, Paddy’s advice is based on years of real-world entrepreneurial and management experience, giving him a lived experience of the challenges that business leaders face.

Paddy built his first company, Parys Communications, into one of the UK’s top 100 PR agencies before its sale to US PR giant MWWPR in 2013.  He then became MD and subsequently Chairman of MWWPR UK for five years, more than doubling the business in size and overseeing an aggressive acquisition strategy.

During his time at Parys, Paddy also helped to co-found Social360, the corporate social media monitoring specialist, that has developed its own technology and processes to cut through the noise of social media for major corporates.  Now working with some of the world’s largest corporate brands, Social360 continues to grow and develop its offering with Paddy serving as a non-executive director.

Since leaving MWW, Paddy has developed a portfolio career, acting as Chairman for Bluestripe Group, one of the most exciting B2B marketing services businesses in the UK, as well as advising a range of startup and scaleup businesses on everything from growth strategy and communications through to HR challenges and exit strategy.
